urgent care / emergency services (minor)

Urgent medical problems and illnesses as well as minor emergencies are welcome at the Northland Medical Clinic. We are equipped to cast broken bones with waterproof (fully immersible) casting materials, suture open wounds and lacerations, open abscesses and swollen blackened nails, perform minor excision surgeries, remove foreign bodies from eyes, and begin primary response to allergic reactions. Orthopedic injuries, which include injuries to the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints and soft tissues), can be fully assessed and treated. Proper rehabilitation and/or surgical specialist care may be arranged if required.

A wheelchair is available and we have access by two wheelchair ramps for those patients unable to walk. The clinic also has crutches available for rental or purchase.

If possible, please call to advise us that you require assistance with an EMERGENCY (minor), otherwise feel free to drop-in and we will do our best to expedite your care.
